Mojizah Daal Kachori With Aloo Bujia, 12 Pieces.

Ingredients:
Dough: Fine wheat flour, Salt, and Vegetable oil, and Water.
Filling: Gram, Salt, Paprika, Roasted Cumin Seeds & Mustard Seeds.
Instructions:
Kachori:
- Defrost for 10 – 15 min at room temperature,
- Pre heat karahi (Wok) at 200 °C,
- Place Mojizah Daal Kachori, and
- Deep fry until golden brown.
Aloo Bhaji:
- Add Mojizah Aloo Bujia in a cooking utensil,
- Add 1.5 cup (375 ml) of water,
- Cook for 8 – 10 min, and stir gently.
