DESCRIPTION
Preheat oil to 200°C. Deep fry Mojizah Laziz Shami Kabab for 7 to 9 minutes (if shallow frying, ensure enough oil to submerge and flip after 3 minutes) until golden brown. Meanwhile, defrost Mojizah Laziz Classic Paratha for 10–15 minutes at room temperature. Preheat a pan to 200°C, apply a little Oil/Ghee, and fry both sides until golden brown.
